The present research work, sought to generate genetic varieties in the cultivation of sacha inchi knot nematode-resistant (Meloidogyne incognita) through genomic lesions, through the use of mutagenic agents with the energy source of Gamma Radiation from cobalt 60 (Gy) and chemical with the ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS). For this it is necessary to evaluate the indicators of vegetative growth and morphological alterations in sacha inchi plant (M1) grown from seed treated with different doses of gamma radiation and EMS. Using a simple 9 DCA 8 concentration treatments, and a control without irradiation (0; 500; 550; 600; 650; 700; 750; 800 and 900 Gy) and 2 replications of 50 seeds. For the sowing of seeds treated with EMS, we used a Completely Randomized Design (DCA) with factorial arrangement 3x 5B, with a concentration of (0.0; 0.5; 1.0; 1.5 and 2.0 % of SAL) and with three times of exposure (10, 20, 30 h). In the growth indicators the control treatment (0 Gy) showed better result in plant height, stalk diameter and number of leaves. Where the treatment of 500 Gy was that generated the most profit in; plant height, stalk diameter and number of leaves. Where the time exposed to 10 h shows that the concentration of 1.0; 1.5 and 2.0% of EMS, obtained high average plant height, stalk diameter and number of leaves. The time of 20 and 30 h, a concentration of 0.5 % of EMS shows a greater plant height and number of leaves. Where the morphological alterations samples at a dose of 500, 550, 600 and 700 Gy showed a greater gain in the variable; leaf shape, color of leaf, stem and leaf area. Where to time of 10 h with a concentration of 1.5 and 2% of EMS shows more alteration in the variable; leaf shape coloring sheet and apical meristem. The exposure time of 20 and 30 h, alterations was observed from 0.5 and 2% of EMS in; foliar area, apical meristem, shape and leaf color.
