The objective of the research was to evaluate the productivity of the lettuce crop (Lactuca sativa L.), with two doses of guinea pig manure and two doses of fertilizer under controlled greenhouse conditions with sprinkler irrigation, carried out at the " Pacífico" Horticultural Farm, in the district and province of Lamas, using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), with five treatments and three blocks. Transplanting was done eighteen days after seedling and the application of fertilizer (guinea pig manure) was done fifteen days before planting and the inorganic fertilizer (NPK + Mg, Zn and B) was applied one day before planting. The field measurements evaluated were plant height, diameter of the stem base, weight per plant, number of leaves and crop yield per hectare. The Tukey multiple range test was applied with (α= 0.05), where T4 and T2 presented the highest averages in plant height, in stem diameter all are statistically equal, the number of leaves of T4 showed high average. In plant weight and yield the treatments T4, T2, T1 and T3 obtained the best results, with averages of 24367.50; 23818.33; 21928.33 and 21092.50 of yield Kg.ha-1 respectively, being statistically equal and similar; the T4 treatment containing the organic fertilizer (10 t.ha-1 guinea pig manure) reached maximum yields. T1 reached a net profit of S/ 9027.67 and a B/C of 2.060 with a profitability of 106.02%.
