The incidence of sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents is 10.9%, with 33.3% in men and 6.3% in women. The average age of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases in men is 14.17 years and in women 15.83 years. There is a significant difference in the age of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases in both sexes, men are infected before women. There is a relation to linear dependence of 94% between the age of contagion and the beginning of sexual relations. The level of knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases is 87% in men and 82% in women, AIDS and gonorrhea are the most known diseases and the main source of information is content and television in both sexes. There is a significant difference in the degree of knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases in both sexes, knowledge in men is greater.
