A road infrastructure in good condition facilitates the transfer of people, goods, merchandise and allows education, health, and public safety services to reach the population. The following research evaluated the investment of the State through the micro-enterprises and how it influences the level of employment, family income and quality of life of the rural population in the sections of the maintenance of rural roads in the province of Bellavista in the years 2016-2017 A survey was carried out on the 55 workers of the microenterprises. In the province of Bellavista there are 142.5 km of roads in routine maintenance, using 1 187 113 soles annually financed by the State, 38% of respondents valued that the microenterprises give job opportunity and 33% mention valuing the improvement in the road traffic, 55% of respondents mention that they are microenterprise workers in the maintenance of neighborhood roads, 29% is a partner of the microenterprise and 16% have no relationship with the microenterprise that perform maintenance of neighborhood roads. 56% of respondents mention that their income does not cover their basic needs for family subsistence, however, 60% of respondents mention that their economic situation is better than 3 years ago and 53% of respondents mention having a better quality of life. life of 03 years ago, 36% of respondents believe that their quality of life remains the same and 11% of respondents believe that their quality of life has worsened.
