This research entitled "Evaluation of three sources of phosphorus fertilizer in the nutrition of oil palm cultivation (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in the nursery stage at Plantaciones de Ucayali S.A.C. Company", implemented from January to September 2014 at the company mentioned, had the following objectives: 1) To study the effect of three sources of phosphorus fertilizer in the nutrition of oil palm cultivation (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in the nursery stage. 2) To evaluate the effect of three sources of phosphorus fertilizer (triple superphosphate, ammonium phosphate and rock phosphate) in vegetative biomass and development of oil palm seedlings. 3) To determine the phosphorus source that gives better response to the development of oil palm nursery stage. The genetic material used in this research was Deli x Nigeria. The treatments were applied were T1 (witness 50 g DAP), T2 (94 g RF), T3 (40 g SPT), T4 (55 g DAP). Block design was used in complete randomness (DBCA) with three repetitions and four treatments by repetition, using 120 experimental units per treatment; the planting distance considered was 0.70 m. between rows and 0.60 m. between plants. The results indicate that doses of treatment T1 (witness 50g per plant DAP) and T4 (55 g DAP per plant) obtained the highest averages regarding 87.66 cm and 86.20 cm plant height; 68.13 cm and 66.13 cm leaf length; 14.48 and 14.32 leaves, 60.13 mm and 56.03 mm stem diameter; 73.67 and 79.33 root length; number of roots of 23.33 and 25.67; 197.33 g 206.00 g total dry matter per plant
