The present thesis denominated " "associated bio-psycho-economic factors" associated to the styles of life of the greater adult in the association of housing the lomas de san pedro “Las Lomas de San Pedro” housing association, Tarapoto, July-November 2016" It was a basic study, quantitative type, descriptive and cross-sectional method. The sample was represented by 58 older adults who met the inclusion criteria. To collect data, the interview method and the instrument were used: a modified form of the LicKert Scale of the research work entitled "Biopsychosocial factors of the Elderly. The Carmen Urbanization" Chimbote, 2014. And of the research work" Lifestyles, of the Elderly who attends the Maternal and Child Hospital of Villa Mary of triumph, 2013, respectively. The data obtained were tabulated and analyzed in the statistical program SPSS vs. 24, and as a statistical test the Spearman correlation coefficient was used. In the found findings we have: The age was between a ranges of 65 to 70 years (48.3%). The majority are female (70.7%), with marital status of married (a) (34.5.5%) and cohabitant (34.5.5%), primary education degree (56.9%) and farmer occupation (32.8%). Among the factors: Biological: arterial hypertension and desire to have sexual relations (62.1%), others have active sexual relations (69.0%), stating that they are not satisfied (82.8%), only 45.0 % have a vision problem; psychological factor: Predominantly thought that other stages of life are better (69.0%) rescuing that in making important decisions the whole family is present (77.6%); social factor: The 94.8% feel alone; economic factor: 60.3% considered having an income of less than S/. 750.00 That discreetly covers the family basket. This result is not statistically significant because it has a reliability value <95%, with a level of significance of p> 0.05, the relationship between lifestyles and the dimensions of socio-economic biopsy factors: biological (p = 0.232), psychological ( p = 0.209) and socioeconomic (p = 0.066). It is concluded that there is a very low positive correlation, the research hypothesis is not accepted, which states: Socioeconomic biopsy factors are significantly associated with lifestyles.
