The experiment was included with the application of the INDUPALSA S.A. cluster compost as a substrate improver fertilizer, in oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq., 1763), in the Pongo-Yumbatos-JARPAL nursery, Pongo district of Caynarachi, province of Lamas, between the months of October of 2017 and July of 2018. The effect was determined in the application of cluster compost, in the development of oil palm seedlings, under nursery conditions. Volumetric mixtures were made, designated as T1 (15% = 3 kg of cluster compost + 17 kg of soil), T2 (30% = 6 kg of cluster compost + 14 kg of soil) and T3 (45% = 9 kg cluster compost + 11 kg of soil) and compared with T4 (absolute control, without fertilizer) and T5 (control, chemical fertilization). They planted seedlings of the Deli x La Mé material, in 20 kg bags and they were placed in an experimental design of randomized complete blocks (DBCA). At 273 DDS, the following indicators were evaluated: seedling height, frond length, number of fronds, stipe diameter, fresh root weight, total dry weight, basal soil respiration and economic analysis. It was found that T1 showed similarity and statistical equality with T5, obtaining encouraging biometric averages, with a physicochemically balanced and microbiologically stable substrate, with a net profit of S / 124 206.73 Soles and a production cost of S / 6.38 Soles per seedling.
