"Demographic segmentation and its relationship with the culture of savings among the market traders of the Tarapoto markets 2021" The general objective was to determine the level of relationship between demographic segmentation and the savings culture among market traders in Tarapoto 2021. Likewise, the methodology was basic, correlational, and the design was non-experimental and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 384 market traders of the Tarapoto markets. The technique used was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire. The main results were that demographic segmentation is significantly associated with savings culture, given that it shows bilateral significances equivalent to .000 (p<,05). In addition, the strength of the relationship between the variables based on Cramer's V coefficient was mostly greater than .40, implying that the demographic segmentation of the market traders and the savings culture show a moderate relationship, with the highest degree of relationship with the savings culture being income (.475), educational level (.493) and gender (.557). It was concluded that the research hypothesis was accepted, which states that the level of relationship between demographic segmentation and savings culture among market traders in Tarapoto 2021 is significant and moderate.
