The purpose of this research is to develop a proposal about Housing Set design in a Flood Zone by using new technologies, in Yurimaguas city. The property is along the Yanayacu ravine , which is the main protagonist to this research. Each year “Las Americas ”neightboorhood suffers floods and the buildings stay in danger as well as. For that reason we have chosen to find a timely and concise solution, which consists of the Proposal of a Housing Set in Flood Zone applying new technologies.This technology is oriented to the use of new Materials to use in the building process; And it will be a project to show role model houses for some place of our country where we find the similar flood zones. The Architectural proposal consists of the design of 7 multi-family towers and 88 single-family homes with 3 different models, they will be accesible for the middle class people. This Project will be financed by a private investment.On the other hand, the Housing Set design has active and passive recreation áreas, Axes with tourist attractions, Suitable public spaces for its inhabitants and preserving the natural landscape. It has been considered lots of architectural and urban aspects that are mentioned in this project, and its development is as specified and annexed in this research work
