The following research aimed to evaluate the agronomic and productive behavior of three genotypes of quinoa Chenopodium quinoa Willd., According to agro-ecological conditions in the district of Lamas. The research was conducted on the grounds of Fundo "The Pacific" owned by Mr. Jorge Luis Pelaez Rivera, politically located in the district and province of Lamas, San Martin department. The statistical design of randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four blocks and three treatments were used. The row spacing was 40 cm by 20 cm between rows. Planting was dated 10/12/2015. The results indicate that genotype Kancolla was the earliest 45 days to panicle, 65 days to flowering, 110 days a formed grain and 138 days maturity of the harvest, followed by genotype Black quinoa Oruro 55 panicle days, 84 days to flowering, 130 days and 158 days formed grain maturity and harvest INIA 431 genotype behaved like the later with 62,3 days per panicle, 90 days to flowering, 145 days to 162 days fashioned grain and maturity of the crop. The genotypes with higher yield, harvest index and 1000 grain weight and consequently with better adaptability was the Kancolla geotype 3 566.7 kg ha-1 yield, 51,9% of harvest index and 2,9 g of 1000 grain weight, followed by Black Oruro with 2 8880.6 kg ha-1 yield, 44,3% of harvest index and 2,43 g weight of 1000 grains and INIA 431 2 815.8 kg.ha-1 yield, 40% of harvest index and 2,69 g weight of 1000 grains.
