The following research proposes an alternative solution to the current problem regarding the lack of the sanitary sewer system that is going through Nuevo Eden Town located in the district of Nueva Cajamarca, province of Rioja, department of San Martin. New Eden Town does not have sewer service and at present there is no engineering approach to solve this problem. With ideas to contribute to carry out the basic studies for the execution of the work, the present research has been carried out, covering in detail the most primordial aspect in this type of projects: Topography. Since the locality presents a wavy relief to plane, a meticulous topographic study will guarantee the flows of the residual waters, and therefore the success of the project. The following research carries out the approach of the sewage system to guarantee the operation of the system, using the collection networks by means of a gravity system and a treatment of the wastewater with imhoff tank, gravel filter, drying bed and final delivery structure towards An existing water channel; In addition, the necessary budget is estimated for the completion of the project execution and the amount represented by this approach.
