The general objective of this research was to determine to what extent Staff turnover influences the Organizational Culture of the workers at the municipality of Alonso de Alvarado Roque, 2020. It was an applied study, with a correlational level and a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 40 participants, the data collection technique and instruments were survey and questionnaires respectively. According to the most relevant descriptive results, it was shown that 42.5% of the total number of workers consider that their salary almost never allows them to cover basic expenses, and 45% of the employees think that their behavior almost never has a reciprocal influence on the Municipality's objectives. In the inferential part, it was shown that the dimensions of job stability, working conditions and remuneration influence the organizational culture. It was concluded that there is a significan influence between the variables Staff turnover and Organizational culture, a statement supported by Spearman's Rho statistical analysis, with a coefficient of less than 0.05 (0.000). In addition, the correlation obtained was a high positive correlation of 0.717. Thus, it was determined that employee turnover has a significant influence on organizational culture.
