Muscular and cerebral cisticercosis in human is considered human neurocisticercosis, is caused by the larval form (Cysticercus cellulosae) comes from the adult form Taenia solium, which lives in the small intestine of human infected by pigs with citicercosis. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the risk factors and the epidemiological profile of swine cisticercosis / human teniasis in the Centro Poblado Menor Bagazán of the Zapatero District, 2019. We worked with a sample of 100 people surveyed, 179 human feces samples, 176 pigs reviewed of them 42 pigs slaughtered for the patron feast that were inspected. The results showed that 61% of the population surveyed mentioned that the socio-political factors are good and 39% state that it is regular, in terms of economic factors 100% of the inhabitants state that the economic conditions are bad. 64% of pig breeders mention that they raise loose pigs locked in a pen, 24% raise loose uncontrollably, 6% release it for hours and 4% raise pigs tied. For the slaughter system, 93% of respondents state that it is regular, 5% consider it to be good and 2% that it is bad. Of the 42 pigs slaughtered, 3 pigs were infested with cisticercos in the loin muscle of the face, but it was a mild infestation. 100% of the people in whom stool analysis was performed by quantitative technique in the laboratory to detect teniasis in humans resulted in a negative result. Finally, the proposal was based on a system of raising loose pigs in a pen, where they are provided with the necessary conditions of healthy eating, adequate slaughter and a correct process of cooking pork that will be consumed by humans.
