The following doctoral research titled as: A theoretical model of massive products consumer of the Province of San Martín from the psychological and anthropological perspective, where it aimed to develop a theoretical model of massive products consumer of the province of San Martín from the psychological perspective and anthropological, the research presents a non-experimental, explanatory level design. The model that was developed presents characteristics from the massive consumer, where it is mentioned that it is a disorderly consumer, it is informal, as for the characteristics of the psychological perspective we see that consumers have a social character and use a verbal language, while in the characteristics of the anthropological perspective consumers have a buying behavior, have motivations and, above all, they are managed based on a culture. Therefore, the consumer profile focuses on the quality of the product, socio-demographic factors, price and integrity. In this way it is concluded that the profile of massive products consumer of the Province of San Martín, we see that, from the psychological and anthropological perspective, it is 35% in an outstanding achievement, while only 19 % presents an achieved profile and only 16% presents a startup process.
