The data collected in the sample were used to process the research results, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to calculate the correlation, thus obtaining the results according to the objectives. The obtained results demostrated that a good work hygiene is not always fulfilled, due to the fact that many times the illumination is not adequate, causing fatigue in the eyes of the collaborators, with high noises levels that do not allow an adequate concentration. The assigned goals are fulfilled, the majority of the employees know the assigned functions without the need to be supervised, they are oriented before the beginning of the activities.
