The way we did our research results in the prevalence rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Morales Health Center through the year 2013 was 83.9% and in 2014 it decreased to 80.4%. The general total of the promotion and protection of the Breastfeeding is 52.9% and has a major deficit in CPN with a total accomplishment of 23.3%. With respect of the actions that were made by the organization in and out of the mural, the general percentage that was not able to get done was respectively 67.27% with accomplishments of 33.5% and 31.9%. The highest critical condition that we have in our research is the general promotion of the LME followed by the breach of 84.8% where we can see a deficit of the Technical Norm application. In relation to the social and cultural factors, the social factor greatly interferes with the exclusive breastfeeding with a breach of 79.6% and it accomplished only 20.4%. In according to the Evaluation of the Technical Norm application for the exclusive breastfeeding, the lowest accomplishment is the administrative aspect with a percentage of 32.7%. The social factors are those which are influenced in the LME (p < 0,05) and there doesn’t exist any factor that influences this variable.
