The present research is about the principle of celerity and procedural economy in the execution of food conciliation acts, Court of Peace, Tarapoto, 2019-2020. In view of the fact that the characteristic of the execution processes is based on the celerity of giving attention and viability to the petitions framing a priority in the right of maintenance, but how fast these conciliation acts are attended, which as a general rule should coincide with an effectiveness of 100%. Therefore, the following question has been raised: What is the relationship between the principle of celerity and procedural economy in the execution of conciliation acts of alimony in the Magistrate Court of Peace, Tarapoto, 2019-2020; giving rise to the general objective of determining the relationship between the principle of celerity and procedural economy in the execution of conciliation acts in matters of alimony in the Court of Peace of Tarapoto, 2019-2020. The specific objectives are: to determine the application of the principle of celerity and procedural economy in the execution of alimony conciliation acts, Court of Peace, Tarapoto, 2019-2020, to know the level of incidence of the procedural principles in the execution of alimony conciliation acts, Court of Peace, Tarapoto, 2019-2020 and to determine the legal nature of the processes of execution of alimony conciliation acts, Court of Peace, Tarapoto, 2019-2020. The scope of the research is geographically located in the district of Tarapoto, at the headquarters of the Judicial Branch - Courts of the Peace, comprising the period of 2019 - 2020. The methodology used was applied with a quantitative approach, correlational design, non-experimental research design, having as instruments the checklist to the files of execution of alimony conciliation act and the survey addressed to legal professionals (independent lawyers, judges, prosecutors and notaries). As a result of the verification and comparison of the 30 files subject to quantification, 21 files comply with the principle of celerity and procedural economy, since it has been possible to verify the promptness, within the normal criteria for the issuance of the final order. The conclusion is that the variables under study do not follow a normal distribution and can be classified as a direct correlation, which means that there is a high level of relationship between both variables.
