Peru is going through crucial circumstances in its economic structure, and there are important reasons to pay attention to its internal economic activities, from mining to the agriculture that contributes the most employment generation. The San Martín Region, within the perception mentioned above, is considered one of the regions that seeks to potentiate its agriculture, considering that it is a region whose predominant weight in the regional Gross Domestic Product is eminently agricultural. The objective of the present study was to determine the influence of the production of oil palm, hard yellow corn, cocoa, coffee and rind in the Aggregate Agricultural Gross Value of the San Martín Region, period 2011 - 2015. The hypothesis that was demonstrated was that the production of oil palm, hard yellow corn, cocoa, coffee and rind rice directly influence the Agricultural Value Added of the San Martín Region. The research was carried out using the basic research type and the relational level, using the non-experimental or Correlational design. The method used was the quantitative and the inductive method and Pearson's linear correlation coefficient was used to determine the influence of each of the associated variables on the control variable. The hypothesis was answered, obtaining coefficients of correlation for the production of oil palm (83.15%), hard yellow corn (62.31%), cocoa (71.40%, coffee (79.45%) and rind rice (94.48%), with regarding the agricultural GDP of the San Martín region respectively.
