This Thesis is developed in the localities of San Antonio, Santo Tomas and Buena Fe, District of Buenos Aires - Province of Picota - San Martin, this project will lead to improve the quality of life of the entire population by providing potable water service twenty-four hours a day, as well as using sanitary services (shower, lavatory, toilet) with wastewater treatment (Biodigestor, percolation well) that will lead to reduce the high rate of gastrointestinal, parasitic and dermal diseases in the localities under study. In order for our system to have been optimal, it has been necessary to resort to the revision of different bibliographies, especially to guides published in coordination with the National Building Regulations. "Buildings and Sanitary Facilities", among others, as well as different standards including "ISO.020-Sanitary Facilities". With the recommendations that we have found in the different Guidelines and Norms, each component of the system has been designed from the calculation of the future population to the design of the basic sanitation that is shown in the very detailed spreadsheets. The general budget of the project was determined whose cost is: Four Million three hundred twelve thousand eight hundred and sixty one and 65/100 (S /. 4'312,861.65), with elaborated prices to the month of April 2016 with a deadline of 155 days calendars
