Environmental education, in an eminently dynamic and complex world, where speed is one of its characteristics, should contribute to the transformation of social and environmental reality in its multiple levels and dimensions, although of course it is also responsible for transmitting and conserving the cultural heritage of the different peoples and those who, due to the intense cultural contact made over time, have become the heritage of humanity. In the Educational Institutions of Bajo Huallaga, Districts of Chazuta, Huimbayoc, Chipurana, Papaplaya and El Porvenir, San Martin Region, the 5th grade students have a low level of environmental culture, manifested in the irresponsible garbage management way since they have no knowledge of what solid waste is and also because they do not have trash cans, they are not responsible for the care of green areas, they also do not know about the proper handling and classification of solid waste, so they do not do well use of recycled paper. On the other hand, teachers as mediating entities between the student and the culture, do not contribute with the adequate training of a student who is aware of reality and who is willing to cooperate in the improvement of their immediate environment. Our research has aimed to design a Healthy School Model with Social Inclusion based on the theories of Lev Vigotsky and Frederic Skinner, to improve the Environmental Culture in the 5th Grade Students of the Educational Institutions of Bajo Huallaga, Chazuta Districts, Huimbayoc, Chipurana, Papaplaya and El Porvenir, San Martin Region. For this we apply a guide of surveys, interviews and collection of testimonies. After having finished this part, we proceeded to examine the problem in the light of Lev Vygotsky's Sociocultural Theory, and Frederic Skinner's Environmental Theory, which served as the basis for the proposal "Healthy School Model with Social Inclusion to improve the Environmental Culture in Students ". We conclude as achievements of the investigation, to have confirmed the hypothesis, that is, we justify the nature of the problem and angage the theoretical basis with the proposal.
