Thesis work, was carried out in the Conplejo Universitario of the University Natíonal of San Martin, located in the district and province of San Martín (Perú) it 's geographical location is at 76° 25' west longitud and 30Q 06' south to Greenwich latitud and is at 364 m above sea level. Wíth the abjective ta identify and to make identificatión cede of seeds and plants of twenty varieties of nature chili. It was evaluated morphology and quantitative character of seed and plants. The design "Entire Randomized Block" with twenty treatments and three repetitions, it whose result was analysis through Duncan Multiple test and variatión analysis.
