The aim of the following thesis is to propose the architectural design of an Emblematic Cultural Center for interaction of cultural groups in the city of Tarapoto, San Martin region. The architectural proposal is based mainly on providing the city with a place where regional and cultural products can be offered and promoted, providing spaces, with appropriated dimensions, where culture and traditions are promoted, being functional on a land of 9,806 ha, strategically located in the city of Tarapoto. The architectural project will consist of 4 zones: Administrative, educational, cultural, complementary Services which are constructed of concrete and metallic structure and is located in a land with a visual towards the Lagartococha Lagoon, being this tourist attraction for the users through Of cultural malls. The Emblematic Cultural Center will be positioned as the best Cultural Center in eastern Peru, specialized in providing suitable spaces for the development of cultural activities for the interaction of different groups in the region and the general public as well as for domestic and foreign tourists, Thus taking advantage of the demand for culture and the scarce supply of cultural establishments within the San Martin region.
