The objective of the following thesis was to apply the chemical additive With Super Aid to attenuate the effects of plasticity of the granular material of the departmental road Section: Emp. SM-100 - Alto Roque - Buena Vista, km. 6 + 000 to km 6 + 800, San Martin de Alao District, Province of El Dorado, San Martin. The material to be used in the development of the project was to carry out a study of the granular material using a chemical additive called Con Aid Super to verify the level of improvement of the sub base of the land, and in this way obtain an improvement in the conservation of the surface of rolling, in order to give compliance to the experimental method. With the results obtained, it is intended to encourage further investigations of the large gamma of chemical additives that exist in the medium and under certain conditions to be able to propose their use in the improvement of soils with high plasticity. It was found according to the soil mechanics study carried out, the increase in the relative support value and the resistance, in addition an improvement in the results of the CBR tests was confirmed, achieving an increase of up to 100% in the material with additive.
