The general objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between the psychological factors and the oral production in English of fourth grade students of the Santa Rosa School - Tarapoto, period 2019; as well as to establish the level of the variable psychological factors in its dimensions: motivation, stress and fear. For this purpose, a psychological test was conducted on the fourth grade students and related to the level of oral production in English as determined by the application of a personalized interview to the students. The data were processed using Microsoft Excel and descriptive statistical techniques such as mean, standard deviation and frequency tables were used for the analysis. The hypothesis test was performed with the Pearson correlation coefficient. After the intervention, the main results indicate a significant relationship between the investigated variables, obtaining that 21% of the students have a low level in relation to the psychological factors in their dimensions: motivation, stress and fear, 55% have a medium level in relation to the psychological factors in their dimensions: motivation, stress and fear, and 24% have a high level in relation to the psychological factors in their dimensions: motivation, stress and fear. Therefore, it is concluded that in realtion with the level of psychological factors in students, 55% are in the medium level; 24% are high level and 21% are in the low level. En relation with the level of oral production in English in the students, 48% has a medium level; 29% has low level and 23% has high level.
