The objective of the study was to determine the risk factors associated with the seroprevalence of anti-Helicobacter pylori Ig G antibodies in workers at the Moyobamba Hospital MINSA II-1, a quantitative, non-experimental, analytical, prospective, cross-sectional study. Of cases and controls to determine the variable risk factors, we used as a technique the survey and for the variable seroprevalence of Ig G antibodies against H. pylori the interview and as instruments the questionnaire and informed consent respectively before the examination. Resulst: H. pylori seroprevalence in MINSA II-1 Moyobamba Hospital workers. 2017 was 38%. The risk factor, type of water consumption, associated with seroprevalence of Ig G antibodies against H. pylori was: "Light" risk in 15.4%, "moderate" risk 49.2% and "High" risk in 35.4%; the risk factor for basic sanitation associated with seroprevalence of Ig H. pylori Ig G antibodies was: "Light" risk 24.6%, risk "Moderate 43.1% and" High "risk 32.3%; the risk factor for hygiene associated with seroprevalence of IgG anti H. pylori antibodies was: "Light" risk 38.5%, "Moderate" risk 40.0% and "High" risk 21.5%. The main risk factor associated with seroprevalence of IgG anti H. pylori antibodies was water consumption, which represents a 35.4% high risk. In conclusion: it was determined that when there is a risk factor the presence of H. pylori is 90% and the absence is 10%; Whereas when there is absence of risk factors the presence of H. pylori is 16%, due to other risk factors that were not taken into account in this research study; due to the absence of risk factors, the absence of H. pylori is 84%. Therefore, the variables are dependent and there is a significant relationship between them, among the risk factors with seroprevalence of Ig G anti H. pylori antibodies in workers at the Moyobamba 2017 MINSA II-1 Hospital.
