The following research was conducted in the city of Rioja, with the following objectives: to determine the specific dose of effective microorganisms (ME) for the compost production from the different types of manure; evaluate the biometric characteristics (height, number of leaves) of the "Mahogany" (Swietenia macrophylla) seedlings in the experimental field and seek to improve the effect of the different types of manure (hen, chicken) enriched with effective microorganisms, depending on the growth and production of "Caoba" seedlings (S. macrophylla). Three sources of organic fertilizers (organic solid wastes, chicken manure and curassow) enriched with effective microorganisms in one and two doses, compared with one without a dose, were studied. The design used was a DCA with nine treatments and two repetitions, in the comparison and analysis the Duncan test at 5% significance was used. In the results of the dose of effective microorganisms (ME) located in different types of manure was better the dose two (2) equivalent to 3 liters of ME solution, Treatment nine (T9); the plants of "Caoba" (Swietenia macrophylla) had higher values in number of leaves with 24.2 units and height with 35.6 cm of plant in the same treatment; the best effect of manures was adding organic solid waste and double dose of ME, reaching a higher Nitrogen content with a dose (0.42, 0.476 and 0.392%, with two doses was higher T9 with 1.008% N, and acceptable contents of Phosphorus (0.039, 0.048 and 0.048%) and Potassium (0.476, 0.306 and 0.322%), also improving the content of Calcium (0.360, 0.416 and 0.408%), Magnesium with 0.033, 0.038 and 0.037%.
