The study aimed to determine the eating behaviors associated with anxiety levels during pregnancy at the Morales Health Center during the months of August to December 2018. It was an applied research, with a descriptive, quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional design. The population was made up of 414 pregnant women and the sample consisted of 78 pregnant women attended at the Morales Health Center. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. To determine "Anxiety levels", the instrument used was the State Anxiety Levels Questionnaire (STAI), validated and made reliable by Spielberger L. Madrid-Spain in 1982. The Likert test was applied for "Eating behaviors", validated and made reliable (Cronbach's alpha = 0.77) by Medina A. Lima-Peru in 2015. Results: The sociodemographic characteristics of the pregnant women attended at the Morales Health Center were as follows: 47.4% were in the most frequent age group of 26-33 years; 28.2% had completed high school; 78.2% were cohabiting; and 56% had 1 to 2 pregnancies. The anxiety levels were: 89.7% medium anxiety level; 10.3% high anxiety level. Observed eating behaviors: 73.1% developed moderately adequate eating behavior, 25.6% inadequate eating behavior and 1.3% adequate eating behavior. The level of medium anxiety is the most prevalent in the pregnant women who participated in the study and therefore has the greatest impact on eating behaviors. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant relationship (p<0.05) between eating behaviors and the level of anxiety during pregnancy in patients attended at the Morales Health Center.
