The company's metal-mechanic process is based on the fulfillment of the work commissioned by the clients, who are mostly of private origin, and in some cases of public origin; In all the magnitude of the operation, there are some issues in terms of safety and the complement in environmental matters. In most of the processes carried out in the company, it can be seen that the problems are mostly focus on the worker's behavior in the face of the development of their activities, and this accumulates in economic losses that eventually become non-recoverable. For this the initiative of the completion of safety indicators, to verify, how much is the degree of perception of workers in cases of risk incidence. It was possible to determine that the workers were in a deficit in integrated management of safety and environments, which, through training processes and constant training, could provide an adequate solution to security conflicts. Concerningthe environment, it was established that there is a Per Capita Production of 40.18 kg per day per unit of production, which is managed by a trading company, which is responsible for giving a reuse to them. In the case of atmospheric emissions; specifically of NO are within the permitted levels for the environment, obtaining in the 9 weeks of study the following averages NO = 0.30578 μg / m3.
