The present investigation entitled "Relationship between psychological factors and the femicide crimes, of the convicted in the Judicial District of San Martin-Tarapoto, 2019". Its general objective is to determine the relationship between psychological factors and the femicide crimes of the convicted in the judicial district of San Martin - Tarapoto 2019, whose specific objectives were: to identify the psychological factors of the convicted in the feminicide crimes, to analyze the psychological factors of the convicted in the femicide crimes, to analyze the femicide crimes and their dimensions in the convicted. It was an applied research with a non-experimental, correlational design, the population consisted of 30 professionals, so the sampling was non-probabilistic and the instrument used was the questionnaire. In conclusion, according to Pearson's RHO correlation statistic at 0.198, and a p-value of 0.0001, less than 0.05, which rejects the null hypothesis and affirms that there is a significant relationship between psychological factors and femicide crimes. Taking into account that psychological factors and femicide crimes, the level of femicide crimes and their dimensions committed by convicted persons in the judicial district of San Martin, where 67% of respondents have identified a high level between these two variables.
