The main objective of this research was to "Determine the design of the health center to expand the coverage of service provision, Soritor - San Martin". It was an applied research with a non-experimental design, with a sample of 384 people. The results showed that the Soritor Health Center belongs to the Moyobamba Health Network, designated as Clas N 1, and has 4 health posts, 1 communal first aid kit and 4 communal health posts. There are 43 people working in the different health centers or health posts. According to the technical team of the district municipality of Soritor, 49 rural communities do not have a health establishment; other communities have implemented preventive health kits for the treatment of diseases. In this sense, the architectural project presents an alternative that meets the needs of the population regarding the specific problem, which has as a priority the lack of its own infrastructure through which it can provide coverage to the most vulnerable population in terms of public health services, which is the reason why the construction of a project with the characteristics and functions proposed by this research is so important. Likewise, priority was given to the operation of a new site that complies with the regulations established for the health sector, where the spaces and their relationships between the different areas of the health care facilities, demonstrated through a flow analysis and zoning study. Finally, the integration of the architectural design with the immediate environment was consolidated, which proposes a change in all the negative aspects that the health system was facing in the infrastructure of the district of Soritor and especially in the sectors under study, since it allows articulating the coherent demand in the provision of health services with the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and care of the integrity of the population.
