The objective of this thesis was to determine the demographic characteristics, gynecological-obstetric history and the most frequent pathologies associated with adolescent pregnancy between 10 and 19 years old at the Santa Gema hospital in Yurimaguas, from January to December 2020. The research was basic, non-experimental, descriptive, observational, retrospective and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 188 cases of adolescents with pregnancy between 10 and 19 years of age. Direct observation and the data form were used as the data collection technique and instrument, respectively. The results showed that the district with the most cases was Yurimaguas with 64.9% and the district with the least was Alianza with 0.5%. The mean age was 16.86, ranging from 12 to 19 years old, the most frequent being 16 years old. The majorities had incomplete secondary school (54.3%) and were housewives (87.8%). The majority were primigravidae (76.6 %), the age of sexual debut was 11, with 15 being the most frequent age, 69.7 % of the adolescents did not use contraceptive methods, in most cases there was an absence of sexually transmitted infections (95.7 %). Most of the adolescents (43.6 %) (82) had only one sexual partner. Finally, the pregnant women had a disease-free pregnancy (46.8%). The most frequent diseases were urinary tract infection, preeclampsia, acute fetal distress, cephalo-pelvic disproportion, etc.
