Academic procrastination and written expression in English language of high school students in rural areas of Alto Biavo 2022 The present study about procrastination and written expression in the english language of high school students from the rural area of Alto Biavo, had the objective of determining the relationship between academic procrastination and written expression in the english language of high school students from the rural area of Alto Biavo. A descriptive design with two variables was used, having applied an Academic Procrastination Scale - APS and a questionnaire of written expression in the English language validated by judges' criteria and established a reliability through cronbach's alpha to a sample of 98 students from an educational institution in Alto Biavo. In relation to academic procrastination, it was found that the level in rural students of the Alto Biavo Valley is mainly high with 47.96%, the low level with 34.69% and the regular level with 17.35%. It is possible to identify that the level of written expression in the English language is principally within the average with 39.80% in high school students from the rural area of Alto Biavo, with the outstanding level being the lowest percentage with 10.20%. On the other hand, it was determined that there is a relationship between academic self-regulation (34.69%) and procrastination (65.31%) and written expression in English. It is concluded that there is a relationship between academic procrastination and written expression in the English language of high school students from the rural area of Alto Biavo.
