The aim of this research work was to study the influence of human talent management on the labor productivity of the institution mentioned in the present work; as well as to determine the perception that the managers have towards the workers. Therefore the first variable was human talent management, which was studied at the level of dimensions for a better visualization of the results and the second variable which is labor productivity, was also developed with dimensions in the same way as the previous variable. Both were very important in the research, helping in the description of the problems, for which a sample of 131 collaborators were interviewed in order to obtain relevant information based on the variables, and so be able to corroborate the objectives of the study. The study was of the applied type, correlational level and non-experimental design; the survey and the questionnaires were applied for the research, for the first variable they were elaborated with questions related to the indicators of each dimension, and in the same way for the second variable, in order to determine the influence between the two variables of study. The result was that the influence is positive, but the relationship is very weak, however it is also significant because the value obtained is 0.002, contrasting the hypothesis, so the alternative hypothesis (Hi) is accepted and the Ho is rejected.
