Commercial management model to improve the export process of the Allima Cacao Agrarian Cooperative, 2021-2022 Commercial management is the identification and development of business opportunities for any sector, because it is important to have adequate management of each of the export chains. In this sense, this work identified certain drawbacks that make movements difficult. economics and business decision making. The general objective of the research is to propose a commercial management model to improve the export process of the Cooperativa Agraria Allima Cacao, 2021-2022, while the specific objectives were: to analyze the current situation of the commercial management of the Cooperativa Agraria Allima Cacao, 2021-2022, identify the current situation of the export process of the Allima Cacao Agrarian Cooperative, 2021-2022. It is important to highlight that we worked with a sample of 200 producer families from 40 different communities, where to treat each of the objectives, an explanatory analysis of cause and effect was carried out between the study variables, which involves the first two objectives. specific, and for the general objective a commercial management design was proposed; where four phases were proposed with the purpose of specifying each of the activities that the cooperative must develop. Giving as a general conclusion that the cooperative does not have adequate commercial management.
