The objective of the research was to "Analyze the cultivation systems in the production of Vanilla pompona in the Tingana Conservation Concession". The project was carried out in three cultivation systems (raschel mesh, forest plantation and secondary forest) in the Tingana Conservation Concession, district and province of Moyobamba, department of San Martin. The execution period was 8 months (from December 2022 to August 2023). The sample was 45 plants of V. pompona (15 plants in each system) and the research design was factorial. Soil sampling and analysis was carried out in the 3 cultivation systems in an accredited laboratory; also, through direct observation with a collection card (instrument), data were recorded on unfertilized flowers, fertilized, diseased and harvested capsules, weight and length of the capsules of V. pompona; finally, the influence of soil on the productive level of vanilla was analyzed and the productive level in the 3 systems studied was compared. The data were processed and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, Kruskal-Wallis H test and the post hoc test for multiple comparisons), in all cases at 95 % confidence, using statistical programs such as Excel and SPSS Statisstics. The soils of the 3 cropping systems were non-saline, light and rich in organic matter, although they were extremely acidic; the highest number of pollinated capsules (210) and harvested capsules (198) were produced by the forest plantation system, where one plant produced on average 0.58 kg and 15 plants 8.71 kg of fresh V. pompona, while the secondary forest produced on average capsules of greater weight (54.66 g) and length (18.84 cm); the soil only influenced the production of harvested capsules, total weight of capsules and average length of capsules; finally, the production variables were statistically different in the three cultivation systems where the forest plantation produced more pollinated and harvested capsules/plant, weight of capsules/plant and total weight of capsules, the raschel netting produced more length of capsules/plant and the secondary forest produced capsules of greater weight and length. It is concluded that, at 95% confidence when establishing three (3) Vanilla pompona cropping systems in the Tingana Conservation Concession then, production is significant.
