The objective of this research was to propose a Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Management System for the prevention of work accidents in the PEAM - Rioja Machinery Pool. The investigation is in compliance with Law 29783 and the need to adapt to the current regulations regarding Occupational Safety, given that it has 23 workers among whom are the drivers of mobile units, mechanics and operators of heavy machinery. In this context, workers are in constant danger given the nature of the fieldwork they perform daily. The statistics do not record accident or other data, given that the Institution did not have a Safety Plan; it is in these circumstances that the development of this management system is proposed, which includes the Occupational Health and Safety Program, the Occupational Health and Safety Plan and the Environmental Management Plan. Under this scenario, the work consisted in the preparation of the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Program, which is governed by the Occupational Health and Safety Policies and the Environmental Policy. Likewise, the emergency brigades were formed, such as the fire brigade, the first aid brigade and the evacuation brigade, designating those responsible and establishing their roles before, during and after the emergency. The Environmental Management Plan was drafted where the responsibilities and procedures for the Management of Common Hazardous Solid Waste were determined, as well as the Heavy Machinery Management Plan, forming the brigades and the response procedures in the case of contingencies. Finally, a survey was applied to determine the perception of workers regarding the proposal, evidencing that most workers consider the implementation of a Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Plan important.
