The purpose of the research conducted was to establish the relationship between the Educational Management Platform and its incremental improvements at the UNSM Graduate School during the year 2023. This study adopted a quantitative, basic descriptive-correlational approach, using a cross-sectional design approach. The population and sample of the study consisted of a total of 20 collaborators, composed of administrative staff members and teachers, a study was conducted on individuals affiliated to the UNSM Graduate School. A survey was implemented for data collection and a questionnaire was used as an instrument. The results revealed that the efficiency of the Educational Management Platform is present in 60% of the cases, with regular performance in 33% and deficiencies in 7%. In relation to incremental innovation, 60% of the circumstances were found to be efficient, with a regular performance of 35%, and it was considered inefficient in 5% of the cases. In addition, a significant and positive correlation of considerable amplitude was identified between the aspects process, valuation and goals with incremental innovation. The corresponding correlation values were 0.877, 0.888 and 0.878 respectively, indicating that these three dimensions exert some influence on incremental innovation in the institution.
