The integration of digital solutions to manual processes in the institutions is the best way to substantially improve their management, so this research aimed to implement the web application to manage information and health service coverage in the Moyobamba Health Network, 2022. The research was applied, descriptive and with a pre-experimental experimental design. The population consisted of all administrative workers and the sample consisted of 36 administrative workers who are the coordinators belonging to the Performance Stimulus Fund (Fondo de Estímulo al Desempeño - FED) in the Moyobamba Health Network. The technique applied was a survey and a questionnaire with 5 dimensions to be evaluated was designed as an instrument. The results showed that before the implementation of the web application, the dimensions of availability, decision making, monitoring and follow-up were marked as deficient, even the dimension of use of technologies was 100% deficient. After the implementation of the web application to manage information and health service coverage in the Moyobamba Health Network, a significant improvement was achieved; all the dimensions evaluated were rated as efficient, the most notorious being the availability dimension with 69.4%. It was concluded that the use of the web application significantly improves the management of information on health service coverage in the Moyobamba Health Network, 2022, with a significance level equal to 0.000, which was less than the common error 0.05, at a confidence level of 95%.
