The objective of the research is to determine the labor costs and their impact on the profitability of the company Electro Servicios Dávila S.A.C, in the city of Tarapoto, year 2018; applied and quantitative research, explanatory design, with a population consisting of all the information related to labor costs and information from the financial statements, as well as 16 workers; applying the techniques of observation and interview and as instruments the observation sheet and the interview guide. The results indicate that the level of compliance with labor costs of the company Electro Servicios Dávila S.A.C, of the city of Tarapoto, year 2018, is good, since it complies with paying salary costs and non-wage costs in accordance with what is established in the labor and accounting regulations. It is concluded that labor costs affect the Profitability of the company Electro Servicios Dávila S.A.C, of the city of Tarapoto, year 2018, where the values in relation to total sales indicates that for each sol earned by sales, the labor costs represent 5.661 cents, that for each sol of the cost of sales 16.64% are labor costs; likewise that for each sol of profit of the exercise an expense of 86.79 cents has been made; and for each sol of liabilities 64.85 cents represents the labor cost.
