Quality of nursing care and satisfaction of mothers with neonates attending the infant area, Morales-2024 Health Center During its life cycle, the human being is divided into stages. Nursing care in the initial stage after birth up to twenty-eight days corresponds to the neonatal stage, which is very important for the nursing professional working in this area. The good health of the newborn depends on the quality of the service provided by nursing and is reflected in the satisfaction of mothers with newborns. The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers with newborns in the infant area, Health Center of Morales-2024. This was a basic, non-experimental, prospective, quantitative, correlational, simple descriptive and cross-sectional research. The sample consisted of 95 mothers with newborns living in the district of Morales and attending their control appointment during the research study; the instrument used was the questionnaire. The results were obtained according to the variables and dimensions: the quality of care variable showed a high level of 95%; the human dimension, a high level of 92%; the technical dimension, a high level of 85%; the environment dimension, a high level of 93%; the mothers' satisfaction variable, 94%; the tangibility dimension, 76% satisfied; the reliability dimension, 92% satisfied; and the empathy dimension, 89% satisfied. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of mothers with neonates in the infant area, at Morales Health Center (rs = 0.640, sig = 0.000).
