The research entitled "Property tax collection and its influence with the sustainable development of the district of Elías Soplín Vargas, year 2018" has as general objective to determine how property tax collection influences the sustainable development of the district Elías Soplín Vargas, year 2018. Research of the applied type, explanatory level and non-experimental design, whose sample consisted of 325 taxpayers; likewise, for data collection, the survey technique and documentary analysis were used, and the instruments used were the questionnaire and the documentary analysis guide. The results show that the dimension "the determination of property tax collection influences sustainable development" has a valuation level of 35.09% (sum of always and almost always), a value that is considered deficient; the dimension "administration of tax collection" has a valuation of 49.18%, a value that is considered deficient; the dimension "tax collection control" has a valuation level of 57.04%, a value that is considered deficient; the dimension "quality of life in sustainable development" has a valuation level of 60.97%, a value that is considered deficient. Finally it concludes that: The influence of property tax collection on the sustainable development of the district Elías Soplín Vargas, year 2018, is deficient; with an average positive valuation of 47.10% (deficient value) for the first and for the second of 60.21% (deficient value); there is a deficient relationship and dependence between both variables.
