In the present research, a hydraulic simulation was developed for the supply of potable water for the Las Palmas village, considering basic studies such as the topography study and the design of the potable water supply network, as well as the respective study of water quality. The project is divided into 2 stages: field data was collected considering the topography study and then the data was processed to obtain the optimized hydraulic simulation, using the WaterCAD software. The topographic conditions allow the use of a conventional model for the supply of drinking water based on gravity from a 691.95 m3 capacity reservoir, through a 2920.59 linear meter pipeline with a level variation of 5.74 m until the distribution network and a nominal diameter of 10 inches (HDPE pipe). Verifying the proper pressure so that it can be sent to the distribution line later and speeds of the optimized hydraulic simulation, the distribution consists of primary networks with a minimum nominal diameter of 2 inches and secondary networks with a minimum nominal diameter of ½ inch. Based on the results, it was concluded that the network design complies with national construction standards, improving on the existing design in the village.
