Spinach is a vegetable plant, widely cultivated around the world for its nutritional value. The production of spinach in greenhouses is a precise and very intensive agricultural system, of the use of agrochemicals that have caused the loss of soil fertility with scarce organic matter resources. In this case, organic fertilizers are used soils. The research was carried out in the district of Lamas at an altitude of 920 m.a.s.l., the property is dedicated to the production of horticultural products; the research lasted 4 months. The objectives were: to determine the most efficient dose of guinea pig manure and to realize the cost benefit of production under a statistical design of Blocks Completely Randomized (RCBD) with a factorial arrangement of 4 treatments, a control and 2 replications with fertilizer doses of 5 t.ha and 10 t.ha, with factors of frequency of application 15 days before planting and highest average in morphological variables and petiole length, petiole diameter, leaf area and number of leaves, plant weight was obtained with T2 (10 t.ha x 15 days); yield in T2 (10 t.ha x 15 days) with 56 933.33 kg.ha, regarding economic analysis T2 (10 t.ha x 15 days) obtained 1.195, of S/. 61984.18 and a profitability of 119.47%.
