This research entitled "Management of digital educational resources to improve information literacy in teachers of the educational institution" Alfredo Tejada - Soritor district "whose general objective was to develop the management of digital educational resources to improve information literacy in the teachers, for which the study was carried out with a sample of 40 teachers from the aforementioned institution, where 20 formed the control group and 20 the experimental group, with a quasi-experimental design. The data was collected through the Information Literacy Test, which allowed measuring the level of information literacy before and after developing the management of digital educational resources. The development of the management of digital educational resources based on the theory of connectivism, the cognitive theory and the approach of educational technology, allowed in the experimental group a very significant increase in its average of +14,50 points (from 33,00 to 44,50) from an initial condition of regular level with 55% of teachers, to an exit condition with a very good level of 90% of teachers, demonstrating the effectiveness of the development of the management of digital educational resources to improve information literacy by testing and validating the hypothesis with the two-sample t student statistical test, where tc> tt (4,78> 2,0378), plus the sig p = 0,000 <0,05, thus rejecting H0 and accepting H1.
