The purpose of this degree work is to study the influence of Urtica dioica “Nettle” manure on the phenological development of Lycopersicum sculentum “tomato”. The investigation was carried out in the Santa Rosa de Cocayacu hamlet at 1,5 km from the highway to La Perla de Cascayunga in the district of Rioja in the province of Rioja, department of San Martín. The nettle slurry was prepared by aerobic fermentation and was applied to the tomato var. Rio Grande in the form of irrigation every 15 days after transplanting. For this, the completely randomized experimental design (DCA) was used with four (04) treatments (T0= River water/rainwater, T1= 2L manure/20L H2O, T2= 3L manure/20L H2O and T3= 4L manure. /20L H2O) and (03) repetitions. To evaluate the influence of slurry, the parameters under study were measured, such as plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm), number of leaves/plant (unit), number of inflorescences/plant (unit), number of bunches/plant (unit), number of fruits/plant (unit), weight kg/plant (kg), total yield (T/ha). According to the results obtained, treatment T3 (solution of 4L slurry/20 L of water) is the one with the highest average in relation to the parameters of plant height (44,23 cm), stem diameter (1,54 cm), number of leaves. / plant (16,33 units), Number of inflorescences/plant (12,00 units) and Number of clusters/plant (4,53 units). However, treatment T2 (solution of 3L slurry/20 L of water) is the one that had the highest averages regarding the parameters evaluated during the productive stage such as Number of fruits/plant (14,72 units), Weight of fruits/plant (55,27 g), Yield of T/hectare (11,62 t).
