The objective of this research was to determine the level of depression, anxiety and stress in workers of the El Porvenir Agricultural Experiment Station in the context of Covid-19, from March to September 2021. The study presents a quantitative, non-experimental, simple descriptive approach, the sample consisted of 78 people who are employed at the El Porvenir Agricultural Experiment Station in the context of the Covid-19, from March to September 2021, and a self-written socio-demographic sheet was used as an instrument. It was found that 83.3% of the population under study are male, 51.3% are between the ages of 41-60 years old, 42.3% live in the city of Tarapoto, 66.7% have been working at the El Porvenir Agricultural Experiment Station for more than 11 years, 50.0% work in the fields, producing corn, cotton, rice, coffee, cacao and sacha inchi, 37.2% have a university degree, 92.3% have had a family member or close friend diagnosed with COVID-19, 80.8% have been in quarantine for 15 to 3 days, 88.5% are currently working on-site, 83.3% have children, of which 38.5% have two children. The instrument used in this study is the DASS - 21 scale, modified and adapted by Antúnez, Z; Vinet, V; two students from the University of Chile. According to the results, it can be observed that 42.3% of the studied population presents depression in its different severities, regarding the anxiety scale it can be observed that 59% of the studied population suffers from anxiety in its different severities, in the case of the stress subscale, according to the results of this study, it was found that 35.9% of the studied population presents stress in its different degrees of severity. In order to demonstrate the existence of an association between the study variables, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used, and negative relationships were found with a degree of association of r = -0.06 (p>0.05); r = -0.077 (p>0.05); and a positive relationship of r = 0.048 (p>0.05). Therefore, the null hypothesis is accepted, in which there is no significant relationship between the variables under study.
