Organizational climate and job satisfaction in employees of Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto, 2023 The relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction is a topic of great relevance in the healthcare field, as it directly impacts the well-being of healthcare professionals and, therefore, the quality of care provided to patients. This study will explore how the work environment in healthcare institutions influences employee satisfaction, which in turn can have a significant effect on their commitment, performance and retention. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in the collaborators of Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto, 2023. The research was basic, non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational design. The results showed that the level of organizational climate established by the collaborators was medium 59.83 and the level of satisfaction was medium with 78.63 %. According to dimensions, there is a "low inverse" and significant correlation between the dimensions organizational behavior (Rho = -0.253; p = 0.000), organizational structure (Rho = -0.213; p = 0.001) and management style (Rho = -0.328; p = 0.000) with the variable job satisfaction; the null hypothesis is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, there is a low inverse and significant relationship between the variables organizational climate and job satisfaction (Rho = -0.289; p = 0.000), therefore, the research hypothesis is accepted.
