Effect of different application frequencies of organic fertilizers on the development of cocoa seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.) Sacanche - Huallaga. The objective of this research is to determine the effects of different frequencies in the application of organic fertilizers on the development of cocoa seedlings. A CRD was used with 12 treatments which were: T1 (7.8 cc of CODI - SOIL/ 3 applications), T2 (7.8 cc of CODISOIL/ 5 applications), T3 (7.8 cc of CODI - SOIL/ 4 applications), T4 (7.8 cc of CODI - SOIL/ 3 applications), T5 (7.8 cc of CODI - GREEN/ 6 applications), T6 (7.8 cc of CODIVERDE/ 5 applications), T7 (7. 8 cc of CODI - GREEN/ 4 applications), T8 (7.8 cc of CODI - GREEN/ 3 applications), T9 (7.8 cc of BIOL/ 6 applications), T10 (7.8 cc of BIOL/ 5 applications), T11 (7.8 cc of BIOL/ 4 applications), T12 (7.8 cc of BIOL/3 applications), plus a control T13 ("Control") and 28 replicates per treatment. The results showed that T4 gave better results in all parameters evaluated, with cocoa plant height (48.31 cm), number of leaves per plant (14.30 leaves), fresh leaf weight (14.20 g), stem diameter (0.79 mm), root weight (11.84 g). It was concluded that the best effects on the development of the cocoa seedling were obtained by the treatment with a fertilization dose of 7.8 cc of CODI - SOIL/ 3 applications, with a frequency of application every 30 days and with the application of a soil conditioner based on organic matter, as a complement to soil fertilization. For those who wish to produce in the sector where the experiment was developed and under the same procedures in the elaboration of the substrate used, it is recommended to apply 7.8 cc of CODI - SOIL/ 3 applications. The application of the fertilizer at the indicated dose should be done with a frequency of 30 days. Finally, as knowledge is not absolute, it is necessary to continue researching with other products and if possible evaluate with a higher dose of CODI SOIL, to determine the appropriate dose for cocoa cultivation in nursery.
