The present research is about the environmental defoliate effect and its ethological disturb on Atta sp. (curhuinse ant) this study was carried out in Moyobamba district, San Martín region, Peru. The observations were base on a sustainable use of natural resources, the function we play and the perturbation on the environment. We visited to the places, villages and others settlements of Moyobamba district we georeferenced the ants nets (hormigas arrieras) of Atta. Once we localized the evaluation place we match identical scenarios, it means similar ecosystems for example secondary forest, crops, grass, pasture from which we selected the monitoring points. We evaluated the relative population type of species, amount of green organic matter or carried out by year and the protein chemical analysis. The evaluated specie was Atta sp. It exists on this kind of climate and environmental features, we used a land and regional limit map these material help to transfer the georeferenced points and let us to know the type oflands in which Atta lives to. At the same time, we take into account the level of impact or incidence on the use of the Ant queens, the population and the use by year. To this fact, we add the farm activities that caused habitat loss, as well as feed the possible extinction of ecosystem. We also oriented sorne control measures, mitigation, considering that they have the right of live in harmony with actual ecosystem created by man. This is a protein source to the local people, for this reason, we must use it in sustainable way. Key words: Cartography, impact, sustainable, incidence, "curhuinse" ant, extinction.
