The overarching goal of this research was to establish the connection between pedagogical leadership and the job performance of educators at the IE José María Arguedas - Cacatachi, 2022, using a descriptive correlational design with a sample of 30 teachers. To identify the level of management, a pedagogical management scale was applied, which includes 24 items and is valued from 0 to 5 points on a Likert scale, and to evaluate teaching performance, the work performance questionnaire was used, which consists of 26 items that are measured through three dimensions: personal, pedagogical and social. The acceptable level of pedagogical management was identified With the greatest proportion with 56.67% and the efficient level with the lowest percentage with 16.67%. In turn, regular work performance is the predominant with 43.33%, and the good level presents only 26.67%. The relationships between the dimensions of pedagogical management and job performance are all presented with some level of relationship with job performance, the most significant being the relationship between planning and job performance, followed by strategic methodological processes, resources, means and materials, and finally learning assessment. It is concluded that the level of pedagogical management and job performance are significantly related.
